Franklin Equipment, based in Williamstown, sells new and used elevated work platforms and handles the inspections, training and servicing that go with them - they're an authorised reseller for Sinoboom and carry out major inspections to Australian Standard. It's a proper specialist operation rather than a general hire shop with a sideline in it.
